Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to welcy. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Free Trial

All paid plans — welcy Pro and welcy Family — include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed at all. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during this period before committing to a subscription.

No-Refund Policy

Because we provide a free trial before any charge is made, all payments are non-refundable. Once a billing cycle has been charged, we do not issue refunds or credits for unused time within that period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain full access to paid features until that date.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the case of a verified billing error (e.g. a duplicate charge). To report a billing error, contact us at support@welcy.app with your account email and the charge details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
